Right in the heart of Leith, Dulse is a laid-back neighbourhood spot all about great Scottish seafood, cooked simply and served without fuss. We work closely with local fishermen and suppliers to bring in the best of what’s fresh each day, so the menu changes regularly depending on what’s landing.
Alongside our small plates and classics, our seafood boil is a bit of a centrepiece — a hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up kind of feast packed with shellfish, big flavours, and plenty to share. It’s the kind of thing you come in for with friends, a drink in hand, and no rush to leave.
